First, let's all accept the fact that handling weapons is a potentially dangerous business. From a legal standpoint, neither Spearwolf Holsterworks, LLC, nor its officers, nor representatives shall be liable to buyer or end user under this or any purchase order, whether in contract, in tort (including negligence), under any warranty or otherwise for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits or revenues resulting from, arising out of or in connection with this sale or from the performance or breach thereof, or from the manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, repair or use of provided holsters. It is the responsibility of the user to maintain absolute control over their weapon at all times, regardless of the product being used or misused.
In short, we design and manufacture a safe product. We are not responsible for injuries, death, or loss that may occur in the course of using or misusing our products. It is the responsibility of you, the end user, to ensure safe usage of our product and the items they are designed to hold. By ordering our products, you have agreed to accept full responsibility for all results of the usage our product, negligible and otherwise.
Remember Colonel Cooper's four rules of firearm safety:

RULE II: NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DESTROY

Most items made fall under our normal production schedule, which is posted in the banner on our home page. Note that this is the typical time to PRODUCE an order and does NOT include shipping time, and production times can change based on current workload, availability of resources, etc. While we try to do our best to beat the posted production time, it is possible that orders may fall past it, in which case we will do our best to contact you with resolution. As a rule, we do not expedite or rush orders as this is not a good situation for folks that already have orders in the system. If you have any questions or just have to have a piece of gear as soon as possible, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Warranty and Returns Policy
We warrant our products against manufacturer's defect and failure under normal conditions, period. Wear and tear, extreme use or misuse, and purposeful destruction are not covered by this policy. What does this mean, exactly? While there are grey areas to everything, generally speaking if you use your holster every day in your travels about this earth and a clip breaks or the kydex cracks, holler at us and we'll make it right. If you're a dot gov door kicker and your Spearwolf holster stops an RPG and saves the day but breaks, we will make you a new holster and send you a sixer of local brews if at all possible. Might even throw in a shirt. BUT if you just want to see if the holster breaks under the weight of your friend, Jethro, who used to be an all state lineman and maintains his eating habits to this day as he hip slams every brick wall and boulder between here and the Smokies, you'll need to cough up the cash for a new holster. Not sure where your situations falls amongst these varied options? Contact us and we'll discuss.
Custom made items are not returnable under normal conditions, except in the event of product failure. This can include fitment - while we form our products to highly accurate molds, tolerances between the mold and the manufactured tolerances of your item may vary. Please contact us if there are any problems with your Spearwolf product.
You may return most new, unopened non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our mess up (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), and no, we won't charge the restocking fee on defective items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We currently only ship to locations in the United States of America, not so arguably the greatest nation in the world.
If you are located in another country, stick around while we explore shipping options for you. We've done it before, and we can figure out how to make it happen again.
We offer free USPS shipping for most orders. While you can ship the expedited Priority Mail option, this does not make us work any faster and normal production time lines still apply. Go with the free shipping. It's for the best.
We will provide tracking whenever possible. Understand that once a product leaves our hands and is in the jaws of the shipping beast, we cannot be responsible for its whereabouts. Please use the provided tracking for progress of your order with the shipping provider and let us know if anything happens.
